Benjamin Hill is a nationally recognized strategic marketing executive and visionary digital leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the healthcare and technology sectors. As CEO and Principal Consultant of The BWH Group, Benjamin brings deep expertise in digital strategy, integrated marketing, and customer engagement to help organizations accelerate performance and deliver measurable impact.
Benjamin has held senior leadership roles at some of the most respected institutions in healthcare and consulting, including Mayo Clinic, MultiCare Health System, Northwestern Medicine, and Motorola. At Mayo Clinic, he led integrated marketing and demand generation across domestic and international sites, shaping the consumer journey for one of the world’s most trusted healthcare brands. As Chief Marketing Officer at MultiCare, he architected a high-impact brand campaign that increased awareness and drove double-digit growth in surgical volume during the COVID-19 recovery period.

Benjamin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from RIT. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health to deepen his impact at the intersection of marketing and population health.
Benjamin is also an active board leader and community advocate, currently serving as Chair of the Board at Food Lifeline, a Feeding America affiliate, and as Executive in Residence at the UW Milgard School of Business. He brings a values-driven approach to every engagement, blending innovation, equity, and accountability in service of mission-driven organizations.
